Niagara Home and a Flooding Incident
Storms are frequent visitors to Lakes Ontario and Erie, connected by the Niagara River. The skilled crew from SERVPRO set up drying equipment in an attempt to salvage the wood flooring and trim in this flooded first-floor unit. Unfortunately, our efforts failed, but our customers acknowledged our vigorous efforts to restore and not replace the flood-damaged materials. We removed and discarded the planks and trim work according to local codes and proceeded to dry out the affected rooms. We managed to save most of the flooring except for the After Photo area. It is crucial to properly dry the concrete pad slowly before the installation of new building elements, making the home, "Like it never even happened." Rely on our skills and dedication to helping our neighbors.
